1)Is it possible to get samples first from your company?
Yes, most of the samples are available for customers' quality test request in order to for long term business relationship,but price will be a little expensive.
2)For sample orders,what about the delivery time?
If samples are in stock ,we can delivery in 3-7days after receiving payment.If not in stock,we need time to produce,it will takes about 7days to 20days.
3)How much the courier freight will be for the samples?
Courier freight depends on the quantity, weight and carton size and your area. We usually send by TNT , DHL ,FEDEX . However, you also can use your courier company with your account no.
4)What about the quality of your products? in good condition or not?
Most of our products are of middle level quality,and are widely exported to South America,Middle east,Africa , European countries. we can manufacture the products to the different standard as different area's customers detailed request, from common ones to good quality items.
5)what's your Mini order quantity?
It will depend on which products you will deal with us,we can negotiate. but following are some basic data for your reference.

6)Can we have our logo to be printed on your products or the package?
Yes. Your logo can be printed on our products and packing, if you want print your logo on our products and packing free,We will ask for a minimum order quantity,which will depend on which kind of products you will order from us.
For logo you can send us the artwork by email in AI, EPS, TIFF or CorelDraw format (300 dpi mini.).
7)What's your usual payment term for orders?
*T/T (Wire transfer) 30%(or 50%) as deposit, and 70%(or50%)T/T balance before shipment.
*T/T (Wire transfer) 30%(or 50%) as deposit, and 70%(or50%)T/T balance within 7 days against B/L copy by fax.
*100% irrevocable LC at sight.
But for some small orders we only accept 100% in advance.
8)Could you send us your price list?
Sorry ,we don't send full price list to customers ,because so many products , we will quote based on your interested series ,item no and details request, we also welcome customers design to quote.
